Dry Irish Stout
Our version of the most iconic Irish Stout in the world (Guiness). We will never replicate it, nor do we want to, but our team of brewers wanted to see if we can make our version.
We did.
We call it The Emerald and it’s on tap now!

A JACKET: A folder or file containing someone’s personal, legal or criminal history. The term, “Jacket” is used in the military, law enforcement and in the prison system.

The Jacket is a 5 bbl microbrewery & full-service bar located in Mineola, NY. We offer delicious cocktails, flavorful small bites, tasty salads and make our own great tasting craft beer.
Our craft beer will be made from two 2.5 bbl auto-mix tanks. These tanks are temperature controlled with a direct chiller where we use a special wort technology that produces our great tasting beer.
